How do I change .avi-files to .dvd for example ??
When I try to open a movie-file it says "Invaild or unsupported image file format ".
What shall I do?
Please help!

It converts your avi's to VOB files, that can be burned onto a disc with the burning program of your choice.If you have copytodvd it intergrates with divxtodvd to burn automaticaly.

I have burned it now, and I put the CD into my X-BOX, but it doesn't work. Is it because I need to put the CD into a real DVD-Player ?

Well if you mean dvd, instead of a cd, then it might have something to do with rather, or not, your xbox will play that particular format.
I have heard some of those game consoles dont make very good dvd players.Im not a gamer so I cant say for sure.
You need to check the compatibility of your players or consoles.
