what is the latest version of DVD shrink? WIll a new version of dvd shrink be coming out?

Last version of DVD Shrink was 3.2.0.15. There will be no new versions forthcomimg - author now works for Nero.

You could try Nero Recode - very similar to Shrink but without the ripper - use DVD Decrypter for ripping.

I took advantage of that $10.00 discount for Afterdawn members and got AnyDVD. It works really well with Recode. I normally use Decrypter but with AnyDVD you just load the movie into Recode and go. Decrypter can also use the elbyCDIO interface so it extends the life of Decrypter somewhat.

does it really matter if theres a update for DVD Shrink ? since all it does is compress.....? correct me if im wrong ......encryptions n decrypting is the big headache ..right ?

dvd shrink is a ripper too but like everyone said it wont be updated anymore so you need to use AnyDVD in the background or DVD43 to make it work for the newer movies
