lol i think he meant what DO you do with an emulator. if he did, and emulator is a program that simulates another console. the game files emulators use are called ROMS. each ROM is a game. so if someone has a SNES emulator on their xbox and a couple of ROMs for it, then they would have a full working Super Nintendo built into their xbox. Emulators and ROMs are free. You could also do it the easy way and get the computer versions of emulators, therefore giving you consoles on your comp.
