Are you talking about saving the file to your hard drive? If you are using DVD Decrypter just rip in iso read mode and it will save it as an iso on your hard drive.

NONONO im talking about DVD Shrink when u backup a dvd it saves it ad Audio and Video files, I want to save it as a ISO image PLEASE HELP ME
