how big should an xbo iso be? a file like gta sanandreas maybe?

San Andreas should be up in the low 3GB range, or high 2GB range if I remember correctly.

What is the extension of those files? Is it .rar? If so, download the rest of it.

The actual ISO is 2.85GB, but if it is in a .rar like Achilles said, it will most likely be compressed to a smaller size.
