I USE IT IN CELLCOM AND WANT OPEN IT TO USE IN ORANGE (ALL NETWORKS IN ISRAEL)

I have a rather strange problem here with my cingular wireless nokia 6230 phone in the united states. Cingular wireless provided me with unlock code but it isn't working. They tried to get help even from nokia but no luck yet. All I was told to look for ways to enter the unlock code over the internet!!
I have tried 5 times and it didn't work. It didn't lock the phone either. But it isn't unlocked, when I try a different sim card it asks for unlock code, comes with code error and the sim can't search for network.
Here's what I have, If you can help me geting this phone unlocked, that will be great!
