I have a problem when I convert my VOB files into an AVI with the x264 codec or the ffdshow's h264 codec the video in the background flickers slightly but it doesn't look right. It's a little flickering for example when the camera will go over a building smoothly the building looks like it flickers. It's not solid color basically. How can I fix this?

Oops, correction. It's when I make the video fullscreen that it gets that weird flickering thing. That doesn't happen with DVDs I don't know why it happens witht eh converted video???
