@Fusionice - as i posted in your other thread about Memorex, pls visit the 2nd link in my signature, and take note of how i've referred to it - Quote: ..Memorex/CMC - don't let them near your Burner.....
plus this is what i also think Quote: Verbatim DataLifePlus & a few Taiyo Yuden (TYG02) are the ONLY media allowed near my Burners.

The life span of any Memorex is about one day, long enought to take to local dump, They are junk media make good coasters, as Mort81 says TY and Verb are the best out there and really dont cost that much more when you figure in time and the headachs Memorex will give you
Ken
Verb"s are number 1
Anything else second rate

@Mort81 - lmfao - i couldn't think of anything to top what i've said before about Memorex media; i think the best i've come up with are - Quote: - LMAO!, i honed my Bulkpaq burning skills by chucking them in the wood burner on my boat (which i believe reaches 500C!!!). That's the only damn decent burning you get out of crappy media
Quote: the only good 'burning' results i got out of BulkPaq discs was in the wood burner, which reaches i think 500C in temperature, and 'burns' the discs perfectly, burns are consistent, even around the outer edge of the disc.
just substitute references to Bulkpaq with Memorex

not much more for me to add in THIS thread either, as i mentioned to fusionice in his OTHER thread asking if memorex were good media to burn movies on~ :) the answer is pretty complete, simple "NO" would have sufficed, yet i rarely have 1 word replies as that leaves much room for ridicule. :)
if fusionice even checks the threads he started, im SURE he is smart enough to read between the lines from my other posts in his other memorex related thread~ no need for me to copy and paste...carpel tunnel in my right hand due to excessive clicking is starting to catch up to me now...beginning to hurt...:)
