I'm very new at this DVD burning thing, so I have a silly question I'm sure for most of you.......I use DVD Decrypter, it's stored on the hard drive but when I go to retrieve to burn with Nero I can't locate it. When I go out of Nero and click on the c drive, it's there but not when I use the steps I need to burn the DVD. Does this make any sense? Help please.

Try downloading onto your Desktop. Change your destination choice to Desktop. Easier to work with things there. Then try again.

In what format did you rip with Decrypter?

ISO or File Mode?

I saved it to my desktop and still can't retrieve it from there, don't know what the problem is. I can't even drag it into Nero.

If its just one file it is an ISO (image file) are you trying to burn as such using Nero?

Open Nero Express and just do this

I am not really following your question? To burn what? You just burned a ISO file. What else is you you would like to burn? Nero's website actually has some good guides on burning you might want to check that out..
