I hate to sound dumb but maybe I am. I have been reading this site all day and found all kinds of stuff that I had no idea was possible. How do you guys know all this stuff and how do you figure it out? Amazing!!

Anyways what im trying to find out is 1) Can I play my old playstation games on my computer or not and if so how? 2) Can I play my old playstation games on my X-Box and if so how? 3) And I guess even though I dont know why I would is can I play my X-Box games on my computer.

I found a lot of information that suggests that I could but no real directions on how and a lot of the terms I dont understand. For example "FTP", "emulators"..... I really do appreciate all of your help and I think this is an awesome sight.

1.) Yes you can play your PS1 games on your copmuter - Just download a PS1 emulator (Google it)

2.) Nope you cant

3.) The only xbox game that will work on the PC is Halo, no other one will, and Halo will only work with an emulator

FTP = File Transfer Protocol
Emulators = Little Programs that let you play/use other devices' tools (in this case the CD games) on a different device (in this case a computer)

Awesome, thanks for the help I really appreciate it. Do I need to buy a game controller like I had on my Playstation or can I use the keyboard somehow?
