PS2 game freeze online & offline ! Need your HELP !!

Hi, My PS2 Slim is modded with MODBO. Last nite I was playing Burnout 3 Original game online and the game freeze after I played a match and trying to re-connecting to server. Later that nite I was playing the PRINCE OF TENNIS (Burned game)and the game freeze during one of the match. It only happened twice so far. I was wondering what is the problem ? I burned all my game with Ritek media 2x speed with NEC DVD burner. The modchip is only 2 months old. I let this well known guy modified around my area. I only play PS2 2 hrs a day. The system is 7 months old. What could be the problem ? Need your opinions !! thanks
