Not in Shrink you cant. Well let me re-phrase that you can but it wouldnt be a menu that works..

If that is what you want then you could give VobBlanker a try it is also free.. :-)

I'm guessing you want to do this to help out with the compression??

In Shrink you could change all the extras to still pictures, and you'd still have a functional menu. Just look at the Compression Settings options for all parts of the disc.
