dvd shrink/decrypter iso burning problems

If I use dvd shrink and dvd decrypter to make a back up of any dvd, the video of dvd is always recorded as a iso image file. Then I have to use dvd clone to change it to the correct format to play in a dvd player. How do I use dvd shrink/decrpter so it records in the the correct format so I do not have to use dvd clone.
