Me and my friend have gotten to the step where you have to lock the hd. We have put all the files on the new hd for it to work with xboxhdm. Now when I go to lock the hd, it says that the hd is already locked. We have tried all of the eeprom keys' and the master password, and we still got the wrong password message. So we are sitting in the dark right now trying to figure out what to do. What we need to do is get the password from the hd, so how exactly do we go about doing that? This is my frist attempt at upgrading a hd. Any help would be appricated!!
