so ive used the instructions listed, however im using a 4.7 GB disc and the dvd is way too big to fit on the dvdr, so is there a way to just burn the movie files and not all the extras? The movie files will fit, but whole thing wont. THANKS for the help in advance.

There are several ways you could do this, but the easiest wat and the way you should probably get used to is by running the files through DVD Shrink. even if it requires no compression it will just make thing easier :-)

Hi, I have recently installed DVD Decrypter and when I get to the part where you are ready to burn the DVD image, I dont seem to have a .DVD file. I select the destination and my ext is .ISO as in your instructions, then I select copy to harddrive, but when I have to change the mode to write and then file the .DVD ext, I dont seem to have one. All I have is .ISO & .MDS... HELP!!
ummmm.......DVD Decrypter will only burn .iso and .mds files.
If you need to compress these files use DVD Shrink and click File then Open Disc Image and find your ISO file. Then when you hit backup you can tell it to put the output files into a folder on your hard drive, make an ISO image file or make an ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter. If you have Nero installed you may also have an option to burn right away (it'll just say your burner drive).

Thanks for the feedback. I got the info about the .DVD from the help file.. so yes I think this must be out of date. Anyway, have sorted now, used the .MSD file and its all go! Excellent software.. thanks heaps.!!!!
