I'm looking for one program that can take many small avi files from a digital camcorder and burn them to dvd. I tried using dvdSanta and it worked great, except each file was its own title on the dvd. I would rather have 1 title and many chapters. I've also tried Nero Vision Express and Pinnacle but both are buggy and crash on me. I'm using a 1.6 ghz cpu with 1gb of ram. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try VSO DivXtoDVD then Nero vision express that should work.
