open the file named 001 with WinRAR and it will join the rest together to show you one file .iso this is the file you extract and put in the iso folder. for more info visit the site in my sig.

ok, i got Umdemulater on my PSP and finally got it to work with burnout. But when it loads, it just freezes, then turns off my PSP. Can anyone tell me why it does this and, it possible, how to get the game to work?
I start the Mem stick icon, press the .ISO, then get back to the screen. I then press the UMD sign, and then the game starts with a loading screen, then just stops and turns off my PSP

this is what first happend to me. i made the mistake of extracting the psp_game folder and the umd file out of the iso and then trying to rebuild it. then when i finally got the iso by rebuilding it is showed me the burnout loading screen and then it would just turn off. i then went to the downloaded rar file and tryed to extract the iso again and this time it came out as an .iso instead of two files. try extracting the iso again.

ok so.. i dl a few games and i had success... such as dead to rights, the tiny pack of games which was a few demos and a few small games.. but i dl the full frogger game, but when i unrar it, it is in some format that has a box witha bunch of circles. This is the same result when i dl the marvel nemisis game... what do i use to convert to iso format, is it VcdromX, i havnt tried that but i know that it would require different steps than if the game had the those other files but well igotta go so any help would b great

ok...if you are getting a Frozen screen after starting up the UMDEMULATOR and selecting the ISO...you are have one of these problems...you don't have the correct firmware(YOU NEED FIRMWARE 1.5, NOT firmware 1.0, 1.51, 1.52, 2.0(although you can downgrade the 2.0 to a 1.5), 2.01, or 2.50) you don't have a umd in the drive of the PSP, or you don't have the UMDEMULATOR folder(the one with the CORE.bin file and .bmp file in it, NOT the one with the EBOOT file) next to your PSP folder on your PSP....
Also Make sure you have an ISO and are not using the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.bin file...an easy way of checking this is you know how sometimes you'll get the WinRAR icon instead of a CD\DVD icon...well right click on the "suspect" file and select OPEN...this should bring up a WinRAR Window...if there is an ISO(one file with ISO written off to the side) EXTRACT it one more time...now put that extracted file into the ISO folder(NEXT to the PSP folder on your PSPS) on your PSP...if you see two files in the WinRAR Window(the PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.bin file) Don't Extract it anymore...it's already in ISO format..just put that file in the ISO folder on your PSP...

I have a question regarding UMD Emulator. My PSP will now no longer play UMD disks, I get the error 'Disc will not load' Also it will not accept Jap Firmware as I imported it.
Could something in the loader software (UMB Emulator) change the region coding, resulting in a PSP unable to be used? I ran UMD again to try to resolve this, changing the region code etc but it does rectify the problem.
It may be my PSP is faulty?? Has anyone else experienced this, and have you solved it?!
Thanks

Quick question. I was dumping MLB from fastloader.07 and I split it up into two files one 800 mb and one 400 mb. Then I opened the first one in WinRAR, but the second wouldn't open. Has anyone else had this problem? I got a PSP_GAME and a bin file from WinRAR, but it was only 800 mb and the iso that I made from it wouldnt even run. Thanks.
