Hello, I have a short film in Avi and want to know is there any freeware or software that can convert it to DVD or VCD to work on DVD Player. I converted it to Mpeg2 but it didn't play on either of my dvd players. I have one dvd player which is region 2 and one which can play free regions.

P.S The quality of picture in mpeg2 was awful.

Can you help me out.

However if the AVI file isnt that good of quality to begin with you can expect that the converted file is going to be a little worse..
