does anybody know what the diff is between ToxicBIOS v1.3 and toxicos 0.3 is

The BIOS is for DMS4 Lite chips and the OS is for the DMS4 Pro
And the obvious answer is the ToxicBIOS is just a BIOS, and ToxicOS has an Operation System (OS) that they can add special menu features on to like playing games from a hard drive. ToxicOS has the ToxicBIOS as part of it's program.

Other than that they pretty much have the same function.
