Hi all!

After reading all the great things about AVI2DVD in the forums here, and having become increasingly frustrated with DVD Santa, I decided to give AVI2DVD a whirl, and I really love the results - the quality is second-to-none.

The problem is, when I tried to encode Sin City, which as many of you will know is predominantly filmed in black and white, the areas that should have been coloured (i.e the lips on certain people, dresses, the title credits, the logo for "Sin City" etc. are all coming out as blue, when in the film they are bright red!

I have used all the enclosed encoders and also CCE SE 2.67, and still the resulting DVD plays all these sections blue.

I converted the same film using DivX To DVD and WinAVI Video Converter, and the red came out fine, but there was some pixellation and sound was out of synch a fair bit on both.

I am really frustrated by this, as I have never had such a good result when authoring a DVD as I have had with AVI2DVD, but although it seems like a minor gripe that the only thing wrong is the only colour in the film is blue, not red, it IS annoying when you see blood that is blue..

Any ideas gratefully accepted and implemented forthwith.
