when I open a disk it freezes during the analysis.

Could you give us a few more details to help us help you please?
When it freezes, does it error out?
Does the whole PC freeze?
Listing your PC specs could help out as well...(processor,RAM,etc..)

Have tried other movies and the same thing happens.
My computer has a pentium 4 and 512MB of RAM.
The compter does not freeze, it just stops reading the disk.
I don't know very much about computers, maybe I shouldn't bother
"f%*k'n" around with it for a few DVD's.

Also, what programs are you using to rip, burn? Have you "ever" gotten a successful backup (copy)? Is this a new computer?

@oiav, burning isn't rocket science. Calm down dude. We all started right where you are at some point in time. Give us some information and we'll try to help you out.
