hey umn

i bet ppl are gonna freak out that i made a new thread about this but i couldn't find what i was looking for anywhere else :X

i had a v220, and now i have a v3 razr, and the last time i had to set up MPT was in febuary... so the latest version i have is like 2.23b or whatever it was back then.

so now i'm trying to get my razr to be able to connect but i can't find software or instruction anywhere.

could anybody possible help me out? thanks.

click on menu > setup > liveupdate.

follow the instructions, and when it prompts you to select which updates you want, leave them all checked.

i don't have a "setup" thing in my menu

that's the thing. i read about LiveUpdate from so many of the other threads, all i have is Help > Update - and it brings me to the website to actually purchase the damn shit.

is it cuz my software is so out of date or something?

do i need to uninstall the MPT i already have?

i'm downloading the 3.23 right now

i already finished the 3.11 yesterday, didn't know i may not need it. what should i do with it?

Uninstall the current phone tools on your computer and only install phone tools 3.23. Then you can update it to 3.25b through live update but 3.23 works fine.
