Can't use the gym anymore!!

Hello,

I haven't worked out in days but when I go to any gym it keeps giving me the message that I have worked out too much and to come back tomorrow. When I go back the next day, I still get this message. Any thoughts?

i suppose this is a GTA San Andreas question?
I never had that happen. Do you have 100% muscle or something that would keep it from letting you work out?
I would not worry too much about it as it is not a very important part of the game anyway. Eat,Drink, And be merry.
Once i got to San Fierro i pretty much stopped going to the gym.
You will need to go there in each city and to thr fight training if you want 100% completion, but other than that you can run around to build up muscle and lower fat.
