Ok the red light is on and i press the power button, it turns green and then in like 2 seconds it turns automaticly red again. Please can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
well u c the ps2 works cuz i play it sometimes but i have keep pressing the on button like 100 times and it keeps doing that and then suddenly it juss works and when i turn it off i have to do tha again and its really anoying. (and no the ps2 is untouched no mod no swap)
And wats that little circle battery inside the ps2 for?
i think the battery in the ps2 is for memory. to keep time and things like that when the power is off.
it could be the power inside the ps2 put i would think that you would get the read light coming on and off if you moved the power cord around. have you tried a different power cord or power supply?
i have an AC adapter that i use every now and then.
it will power it up just fine.
I use it when the power at the house goes out for
any reason. I also have a cig. liter adapter to plug it to.
i just take the PS2 out to the car, plug in the cig. liter
adapter, plug the AC adapter into it and play on the
2 7.2" LCD screens i have.
