HDLoader games list missing a few games that ARE installed.

Okay heres my prob:

Am using HDD and winhiip (HDloader on ps2), today I deleted a game from my hatdrive using winhiip (all fine), added another game around the same size (still fine)... put drive in ps2 and booted to find that around half of the games are missing/not showing... so put drive back in usb cradle and look at winhiip - all games are there and showing no errors no probs... figured I'd delete the crap games and see if it resets the games list or something so I've just tried my drive in ps2 and still half the games are missing... I dont want to format so can anyone help? If I have to put all my games on again I think I'll just stick with PC games and shelf my PS2 - too much hassle!
