Trying to copy Bruce Almighty. Using DVD Shrink I get a program error message and program stops. Have deleted program and re-installed but problem still exists. Canyou help?

Message was simply thar program had encoutered an error. Do not have programs you mentioned. Did manage to copy when I used a RW DVD Go figure.
