i used alcohol 120% to burn d2 expansion....It burned sucessfully but when i loaded it it said plz insert Diablo 2 disc....;how do i make the copy work???

That's because it has some type of protection on the disc. Go to www.gameburnworld.com, look up your game and you may find your answer.

I would check it for you but I'm currently on lunch break and my work computers don't allow us on gaming sites. Let me know your status and I'll gladly check when I get home if you can't find it.
