Hi all,

I've been searching and looking around these forums for nearly a week now so decided I'd just ask someone cos I cant find the answers I'm looking for.

1. How do you actually boot from your Memery card when you turn on your ps2? Like without a boot disc that has apps on it already. I've loaded hdadvance and some other tools on my memory card but have not got a clue how to run them.

2. Is there some program that will allow you to easily copy things to and from your meory card. I've read up a bit on ftp programs. Is that the way to go? Whats the preffered choice?

Soz for the newb questions. I've only recently got a ps2 after modding the crap out of my xbox for about 2 years now.

EDIT: Ok Managed to get ExecFtp's FTp Server running and can access everything. Last thing is just how to boot fromprams from the meory card without using any discs. Is this even possible? Or waht about booting from the hard drive?

Also can some mod please delete the other thread. Dont know how but the board accidently created 2.

you can't unless you have a modchip that supports it.
