No i didnt download pspersonalise. Instead uprgaded to v2.0. Just didnt change my signature yet :) Thought no point of having v1.51 cuz no homebrews work on it anyways.
The browser is kinda sweet on 2.0.

(a 24-bit Bitmap (BMP)
<= 150KB in size
<= 300x170 resolution (it can be smaller in resolution doesn't have to be dead on, just makes it look better and fit if dead on)

Try using Thegimp its the free version of photoshop, it will be able to scall images, and wallpapers need to be 300X170 they can be anything under that resolution but not higher.

I remember when i first started using it, it was rather scary but once you get used to it its easy as.
If you wanted to resize you just open the pic with gimp go to image tab then go to scale image option.
When installing the gimp you need to download gimp giu and gimp runtime environment. The hardest part is installation.
