Clone DVD and movie "Ray" and extra features?

I just recently did a backup of the 1 Disc of the movie "Ray" and I am not sure if I have my settings wrong or did something incorrect when I was commencing to burn.
I wanted to include everthing that was on the DVD which was some interviews along with the movie. Obviously I did something wrong as all I got was the Movie.
I used Any DVD in the burn process.

So I did another burn with Shrink and Any DVD and got the entire backup of the full disc/

Can anyone tell me what I may be doing incorrectly with the use of Clone DVD in that it results in only burning the movie???
Or will this program not do the special features?

I hope that someone can advise on what I should change in settings if it is possible to Backup the movie and the features which is the entire disc for "Ray".

In CloneDVD 2, are you perhaps selecting the first option instead of the second one? The first copies only the movie and the second the whole disc.
