yes, weird.. i like this bit -
Quote: When they Play (lacrosse), they are entirely naked; they have only a breech-clout, and Shoes of deer-skin. Their bodies are painted all over with all Kinds of colors.
..I wouldnt fancy that hard-wood ball hitting me in the knackers..
..ouch.. LOL
(i know, that was how it was played in the 1700's, prolly v. different today)

@ Starrift, Yep, good ol' USA. I inherited my love of firearms from my father. It's always been a great way for us to spend time (and lot's of money!} together.

Football is my favorite sport.. the Worldwide football, not the american football... (i'm not gonna call it soccer, it just doesn't make sense)
my favorite teams are:
from Southamerica... Blooming, Boca Juniors, Vasco da Gama, and Santos.
from Europe... Arsenal, Juventus, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Roma, and Bayern Munchen.

1500yd. competition benchrest shooting. I find sewing a needle at that range very relaxing.
When evolution selects its agents, it does so at a cost, makes demands in exchange for singularity, and you may be asked to do something against your very nature. This force, evolution, is not sentimental. Like the Earth itself, it knows only the hard facts of life's struggle with death. All you can do is hope and trust that when you have served its needs faithfully, there may still remain some glimmer of the life you once knew.
