@ Weazel200 : Ajax? *vomits* no thanks, i'm definately not into footbal (or soccer as they call it here), i'd rather watch 2 guys beat the sh*t out of each other in a ring than see a bunch of fags run after a ball..

That's alright... but too bad man, the netherlands used to have an awesome team, back in the days... i remember they used to call your national team the "clockwork orange" like that 70's movie.

G0LF is the only one not altered by officiating!!! Just look at this weeks NFL. What a joke. The national championship game was changed by the "no call" when Young was down before pitching the ball for a TD. Again what a joke! World Series; Dye fouls off a pitch, ump says it hit him,he takes the base???? Next guy homers and Sox come back to win but the game was changed by the ump. In golf there is integrity. You call a penalty on yourself and can be disqualified hrs later. Not "another play has been ran" so it'll stay f-up!! I haven't watched much since the SNOW JOB in NE. But I still pay attention to see what's going on.

i like the competitive sport of midget bowling. you'd think it would be easy to toss a little guy down an alleyway but its not so.

Rugby or hurling, both good games.
The 'all blacks' at the Rugby (they so organised and d@mn near unbeatable when they are at their best, which hasn't been for about 5 years)
and Hurling, 30 mean men on the pitch with clubs, and more importantly it's a game played purely for the fun of it

Since dragging up old topics seems to be fashionable these days, and since i'm wondering if any of the newer members have anything to contribute to what once was a great thread, i thought i'd bump this one :-D
and not without reason, since i've started with a new martial Art : Aikido

Hockey and Football. The Sabres and Bills. What can I say, I was raised in Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
I used to seriously be into lacrosse when I lived where MILL was aired, but I haven't caught much of it in the last several years.
