Hate to have to ask this in a forum, but according to the guide on this site at http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/small_dvd_2_dvdr.cfm DVD Decrypted creates a .iso and .dvd file. Thats perfect for what i need, but when i rip using the same method (select Mode > ISO > Read i get a .MDS file with the .I00 and .I01. Is there a setting i am missing somewhere to get the .iso file?

You end up with .I00 and .I01 because the hard drive you are ripping to has a Fat 32 file system. The Fat 32 file system can't accept files greater than 4Gb. Decrypter will split the ISO into 2, .I00 and .I01. If you want a singal ISO you will have to convert your hard drive to NTFS file system or partition part of your hard drive to NTFS.

Ppower is correct, your drive is Fat32 so just open the MDS file in Shrink it should rejoin all your files, if you need to Shrink. Otherwise if your file is smaller than 4.3g then just open the MDS file in Decrypter and burn.
