I am having trouble with the decrypter. I did it then the shrink then when I went back to the decrypter to burn the movie to a dvd-r or dvd-rw where it says destination and the l or e that is in the right hand corner I pushed the l and it keeps telling me that the medium is not present. How do I fix this?

as I forgot to ask (better late than never i guess) what media are you using as your drive might not be able to read certain types say -r,+r,dl
which brings me to my second question what is the make & model # of your drive

I have no clue what media. As for make and model it is LITE-ON COMBO LTC-48161H, Firmware revision is KPHB, Connection interface is Atapi/IDE, drive interface ATAPI=3. I used the dvdinfopro and that is what it says.

use dvdinfopro to read the media it will tell you the manufacturer(true identity of the disc in your drive)the blank disc that is as this is really important

I could quite possibly be mistaken but I believe the answer lies within dvd info pro just use it like you did to figure out what drive you had and there should be an option that will tell of it's capabilities similar to read/write features. excuse the ignorance but I use a dif. app for dvd identification and that is what mine say's
