SwapMagic3 dvd disc-nothing happens.

I have just recieved SwapMagic3 (3.6) I have some import games I'd like to play.

But;

When I insert the SwapMagic dvd 3.6 the disc just spins. The SM menu does not appear!?! Then the ps2 "browser" menu appears.

I have tried the SwapMagic cd, after a few secounds the swapMagic "menu" appears and everything seems to be ok.

What is wrong?

I have a Ps2 30004R

Ya mine to so I try to cange some of the dvd read option on the dvd to smooth read and something else on the cd part but cant rember what! The boot cd and dvd would read then. Hope that helps

Can your ps2 read original dvd games ok? Have you tried cleaning the laser?

I have no problems with original games. I have only cleaned the laser with a "carbon cd-player cleaner" from Allsop. Still got the same problem.

I will now try to change "read options"

Problem is solved.
I cleaned the laser, and adjusted the laser. Everything works just fine!
