Only 1 way to burn a dvd using a cd drive and I read this on the forums here at AD.

Pull your cd rw drive out of it's bay
Place blank dvd on top of that drive
Pour lighter fluid on that blank disc
Ignite with a match! Whala, burned dvd! LOL

Nope,I was just screwing with you. You need a dvd burner. They are priced very low at newegg.com. The benq 1620 and nec 3540 are very good burners for under $50 - including shipping.

There is some very nice freeware like DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter. You can get them here.

I believe I have plagerized that quote from bbmayo, LOL Sorry if I stole it,but I give him or whoever brainstormed on that problem the credit.Lots of clever guys/gals here.

It's great to be back mort. God it sucked not having the internet for over a month. But I didn't need it to keep my hobby of backing up my dvds.I still have no cable or antenna for tv,dvd movies only.
