I need tips provided to create my own slide card. Like maybe the dimensions, what materials I should uses and where I can get them.. etc.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not the answer I'm looking for. I saw a thread that Oner started, about making an aluminum swipe card. Although someone asked for the dimensions, it was never answered. Plus, the link of the video that she posted couldn't be found. What I'm looking for is how thick the material needs to be, and the dimensions or some instruction of how to make it. Even an actual-size photo will help. Thanks.
