Hopefully someone can help. I am trying to find a good media player that I can instal onto my soft-modded xbox. I really would like to watch my DVD's without having to purchase a remote control device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For a media player xbox media center is all ruling. playing every possible format (aside from dvd menus)

now, to play a dvd without a remote get 'dvd X'

both of these are on the auto installer deluxe disk

matrix infiniy modded ps2 (broken, burnt out PS1 fuse)
xbox(freshly softmodded with krazies)xbmc dash. Stock HDD.
www.norcalmods.com did my ps2 mod, cheap n fast:)
