With the prices of dl media coming down,6 for $20 doesn't sounds pretty good,depending on who made them.

Notice it says "select media" with pictures of memorex/maxell/and office depot brand media. I didn't see the picture of the dl media.

Anybody have a nearby office depot to see what brand name is on those dls?

I'm about 40 mins away from one so any info would be helpful.

I was at one yesterday. Only saw Office Depot brand media buy one get one. This Office Depot was about 3 hours away.

The associates there at the closest one don't know crap! A bunch of morons, LOL

I'll probably cruise there tomorrow morning after work to check them out.

I saw the pictures on that web site and it looked like:

100 pack spindles of OD brand- These last coded as riteks in 8x speed!30 cents apiece,not bad.They were $2 cheaper a week and a half ago.

Dvd +/-rw 25 packs,looked like maxells.

Picture of memorex,UGHH! probably cd's?.

Good luck saugmon. I couldn't find anything worth while. I know what you mean about the associates, I don't even waste my time. If one of them told me the sky was blue I'd go to the nearest window and confirm for myself.

I finally made it into Office Depot this morning. Their flyer was identical to the website. Dvd+ dl,buy 1,get 1 free for $19.99 and no picture of what they were.

After 15 mins of figuring out which dls were on sale with the salesman,we got the manager. He didn't know which ones they were either.Turned out to be the verbatim 2.4x +dl 3 packs. They code as:Mitsubishi Kaguka MKM-001. The other dls they had were memosux!

Since my closest Office Depot didn't have a clue of what the heck they were selling,the other Office depots are probably the same. Lots of those 3 packs left?

BTW, those 100 pack office depot brand with the code of ritek were gone.I was hoping to pick up 200 of them for $60
