i hope some one can help me i have been reading page after page i am tring to load xbmc on to my xbox but i cant even ftp into it so to make a long story short is there some kind of hardware mode that i need to make before i can do this dose anyone out there know and if so please help

Put the XBMC File Folder in the "APPS" Folder

Eplain your setup. Are you using a router or connecting directly to your PC via your xbox? If connecting directly, do you have a crossover cable?
