Im not sure why the thread was closed but I have tried every which way to burn this movie but cant (region 2 version) I used dvd43, decrypter,any dvd, shrink all to no avail. any suggestions ?

You might have a bad press as I had not problems w/ the disk. Used DVDDecrypter and Shrink ( re-author-Movie only) but I am in region 1. I would take the disk back but before you do that can you post the DVDDecrypter error code it gives you.

Have you tried DVDFab Decrypter I hear it works on Region 2 ver of Hitch.

Car.mike, shrink wont even open the movie up, you can watch the ads and trailers but as soon as you clik to open the movie the screen stays blank, you could be right about a bad press, I watched the movie after posting on my stand alone player and about halfway through it started skipping all over the place, even cleaning didnt help, Im going to bring it back to the store and exchange for another copy. I will report back on that.

They were talking about this in another thread in the Shrink section, different movie though. They turned off the DVD43 and Shrink did the movie okay on it's own. If Shrink won't decrypt then try the AnyDVD trial, it's the best available anyway. http://www.slysoft.com The trial is good for 3 weeks. If you've already tried it, then it's probably time to break down and make the purchase. DVD43 is a gift, so one can't complain if it won't work on everything. AnyDVD has been kept up to date and has the best success percentage of anything on the market.

By the way, AnyDVD will work with any region and will even decrypt audio CDs if the need arises.

Just got another copy of hitch, shrink didnt have any problems at all with this one, as said earlier a bad press. thanks for all your suggestions posters.
