Don't get 2.0, it is really outdated
Get 3.0 or 3.6
You will have less problems with the newer versions.

for swap magics, flip tops, etc.

Just got new version 3.6 and they will allow games that would not play with 2.0 to play no problem (fifa street, 007's)

Not sure about that, but it should.
most mod chip you do not need swap discs at all
But if you are really unsure you can try to find 2.0, but with 2 newer versions having been out for a while now. It may take quite a bit of searching.
I say instead of getting a new Swap Magic for $30
You can just get a good mod chip for $50 and not have to swap at all.
