Trouble backing up Team America

I'm using shrink to backup team america, gets to about 75% in the analysis and pops up an error about an encoded sector. I tried it a couple times with the same result. I also tried using dvd decrypter and it got to 98% before it locked up with an error. I appreciate any help!

More than likely your disk is either dirty, scratched, smudged or has an imperfection. Try cleaning it, or take it back and get another original because it is a bad pressed disk. Decrypter should make it through this movie with no problem.

I'm having the exact same problem. DVDShrink frozes when it trys to open the disc. DVD Decrypter gets me to about 89%. Anything special about this DVD?

Turns out my DVD-Rom was bad. I have a Sony DRU-530A. I searched around on the net and many people with the DRU-530A have similar problems. You may want check to see if your DVD drive is bad. I was able to copy Team America on my HP dvd640.
