Hello,

Step by step. Orginal files play fine on computer?

Are you converting all files at onces through DivXtoDVD? What version of the software are you using?

Does the video_ts file created with DivXtoDVD play fine on you computer when opened?

And do you get any errors when burning?

Have you changed media? Maybe you DVD Player is not compatible with your media, have you tried playing it with another DVD Player?

Do you see anything at all?

hi 80sfan welcome to AD. As CAGal stated we need a few of those questions answered before we can give you sound advice from experience. Also you can post your Nero log minus your serial number (which is something like 1a2*-xxxx-xxxx). Might be the size of the file once converted is burning too close to the edge, burn speed, your DMA is off. Will wait until you provide more info before trying to help.

to burn or not to burn that is the question

hi 80sfan,

the file that was downloaded can you play it with no problems before you converted it? As I read your reply seems you may have got a corrupt download. Also your log would be in C: Ahead/ logfiles if you did not change your defaults.

during the conversion there was a problem. Try using Nero vision express as it will convert and burn for you.
