Which Mod Chip will fix screen for backed-up PAL games on NTSC TV?

Well, I pre-ordered motogp4 for PS2 but can't wait till October to play them so I downloaded the PAL version of the game and used Swap Magic 3.6 to play it. The problem is that I cannot view the whole screen because the edges would be cut off.

Will a mod chip fix the screen so I can view the whole thing? Thanks.

yes for most games i have in PAL they play just
fine with no screen cut off.
you can also get a converter for you TV
DMS4 Pro, DMS4 Lite, Matrix Infinity are the best chips
