I never played with my ps2 online before but I'm interested in getting everything set up so that i can play online my question is besides the network adapter is there anything else i need on my computer to play over the internet??? and is there certain web sites I have to go to so that I can play online for example games like mvp 2005 and madden 06 is there any certain websites I need to go to so that I can set up an account??? this is my first time i need help thank you!
network adapter and broadband(dsl or cable). No, no websites, you will make the account once you put your game disc in. And, I must recommend to you SOCOM 2. Thats is the best online game for PS2, its a Greatest Hit too...so its only $20. Get it...wonderful game. It was amazing when i got my network adapter, all i could think of was SOCOM and SOCOM 2 online. Have fun kid!
Also, wen u look at the game on the bottom should say what connection u need to play it online, like Broadband or dial-up... Broadbands faster and way more easier of getting better chances to get online, so i recomend that, also get a headset so you can play and talk to your friends online, and the best game to get to play online IS socom and socom 2, but then get ready cuz in september socom 3 is comming out so get ready for that..
I was gonna get Socom 3, but then my pS2 expansion bay board died cause of a stupid dumbass Seagate hard drive, so i cant play PS2 online now. Oh well, time to pimp put my pc, cuz pc gaming is the way to go(Battlefield2). Well, at least until PS3 comes out...
