I am using shrink with decrypter. When I first decrypt the dvd it says "rce protection":. I choose region 1 although I lost the dvd box and am unsure if it could be another region. Everything seems to work fine until I go to burn with decrypter. I get an error message saying it failed becasue the "external volume has been extremely altered so that the file is no longer valid"

What does this message mean? Are their better programs out there, i am willing to pay for quality software? I have easy cd creator 6 but I haven't been able to burn decrypted dvd's with that either.

Please help!

you are working w/ great programs this message just simply means that the means you used to copy it changed the structure of the files so that they are not compatatble are you creating an iso in shrink as decrypter can only burn iso type files
also if I am not mistaken I think region code one is used in usa and canada 2 so if you bought the original in usa it should have that code decypter takes the region code off for you when it finds that protection

CloneDVD with AnyDVD. You can dnld from same site. These 2 are really all you need! Links are located in the software tab above. Good luck.
