SWAP MAGIC DVD ROM HELP PLEASE!!!!

i recently bought swap magic v3.6. i got it in the mail today and i go to put in the dvd rom disc so i can play an imported game, but instead of loading it just keeps going into my ps2 browser. ive been working all day trying to figure out what the problem is. i got it to work once but i havent been able to work since. ive been trying to get this to work all day and its extremely frustrating. can someone PLEASE help me and tell me what to do. thanks in advance

not heard that one before, may be that you
got a bad copy of it. It will normally load
the swap magic screen right up when you stick it in.

i fixed the problem. im not sure why but for some reason when i turned the ps2 system upsidedown and then tried to load the disk it worked. it wasnt just a coincidence either. i turned the system right side up again and tried it but it did the same thing as before, when i turned it upsidedown, it worked. i actually tried this many time with the same result every time. not sure why it works but it does, at least for my system.
