I to am looking for this if anyone knows where I can find it.
Or does anyone know if the USA patch will work for it ?

I tried manually rebuilding it but sometime the game doesn't load and other it just sticks at the title screen.

Small update, could be the media. Just noticed the manufacturer code when I loaded DVD Decrypter, it's a code that is known to be used on fake media. I may have to take a trip back to the store I bought them from and have a little chat.
