Help, My Save From GT4 PAL doesnt work with NTSC Version!

i've played the pal version for a while, and now i managed to get the NTSC version, but the games didnt reconigze my save!

whats the matter? its really imcompatibly or its just some difference in the saves name in the MC made by the pal and ntsc versions?
